COACHING

What is coaching?

International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as a thought-provoking process that inspires people.

Coaching is about identifying where you are now, clarifying where you want to be, and creating a path to get there.

It’s an action-oriented and forward-looking process that pushes to new levels of satisfaction.

Hi, I'm Kira

Whether you're curious about how coaching can support you or already know you’re ready for change, the most important thing is recognizing that you have everything within you to turn your vision into reality.

My role will be to guide you through a structured approach to define and achieve your goals. By asking powerful, solution-focused questions, I'll help you unlock new perspectives.

You’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish!

I am currently pursuing my certification and ICF accreditation as a professional coach.
